Problemas al pasar los roles FSMO de un DC Principal a un secundario

Buenas tardes. estoy en un problema y quisiera por favor me ayuden.
lo que pasa es que tengo un servidor de BD que es controlador de dominio, la idea es ponerlo como servidor miembro perteneciente al dominio, para ello cree un controlador secundario y trate de pasar los roles FSMO para que el controlador secundario sea el principal, pero me sale un error en el esquema de active directory al pasar el maestro de esquema del DC principal al secundario , sale lo siguiente "el parametro no es correcto. No se puede efectuar la transferencia del maestro de operaciones actual"
todo esto lo hice paso a paso segun el video q se encuentra disponible en tooltorials.
por favor ayudame. cualquier dato que necesiten me dicne para postearlo.

Para ayudarte mejor, es importante que describas mas tu escenario, debes indicar si ejecutas Windows 2000 Server o si ejecutas Windows Server 2003, indica sin contas con algun srevice pack instalado en ambos servidores, indica si estas intentando migrar los roles FSMO desde una linea de comandos ( consola tipo DOS ) o si lo intentas desde el GUI en la interfaz grafica de Windows. indica si has revisado el event viewer para determinar si tenes errores o eventos asociados al error que experimentas. Hay algun firewall en los servidores involucrados o en medi de ellos?

Has revisado que el servicio dl DNS sea funcional por completo en ambos servidores y que los servidores tengan buena resolucion anivel del DNS?

Has agregado de forma correcta el snap in del schema master?

Podes ejecutar un dcdiag y un netdon query fsmo y revisar la salida de ambos comandos.

Debes revisarv que la cuenta que usas al loguearte en ese equipo para llevar a cabo ese proceso debe pertnecer al grupo de Schema Admins, para ciertas operaciones como mover el rol de schma master se debe pertneecr a ese grupo, es cuestion de permisos.

Buenas tardes. gracias por las respuestas. el escenario es asi: un DC principal w2003 server(SERVER) - DC secundario w2003 server (SRVDC), ambos con sus parches, ambos se replican bien, tanto active directory como el dns. la transferencia de roles FSMO lo he realizado con GUI, desactive los firewall, el usuario es administrador de esquema. y ejecute el dcdiag. y me da lo siguiente:
